Mystery picture, pixel art 10×10 – Easter egg – decode the picture nr 4

I present to you the second version of a mystery picture for younger kids with an Easter egg. Here you will find orderly code and a large code board.

This time you will find rainbow colors on the Easter egg. The ones you will see in the sky on a sunny and rainy day, as well as almost all that you will find in basic sets of crayons for children.
This Easter egg was created before Easter, and it is during this period that I suggest using it while playing with kids. Although this mystery picture is an educational exercise, even developing orientation in space, it is great fun for kids to discover.

This is the second Easter egg template that I prepared as part of a series of activities for younger kids. The rainbow Easter egg was encoded with a simple code, pixel by pixel. I used large fields of the code board, sized 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm, which make it easier for younger children to discover the surprise.

Graphic dictation can be used in various ways:

  • coloring the picture according to the given code – children read the code on their own,
  • coloring the picture according to the given code by ear – someone is reading the code to the child,
  • pasting the image according to the given pattern,
  • redrawing the image from the original solution,
  • writing the code based on the printed pattern.
