1. Introductory provisions
The following regulations, hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Service, define the rules of operation of the SmartKidWorld internet portal, hereinafter referred to as the Portal or the Website. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Portal Users and the Administrator. Each potential User using the website is obliged to read the content of the Regulations and may take further actions after accepting all its provisions.
2.1 Serwis / Portal – a website available at smartkidworld.com, which is a collection of educational materials and personal views of the editors of the Portal on education and upbringing of children.
2.2 Administrator – an entity managing and running the Website, the owner of which is a natural person.
2.3 Netiquette – it is an Internet etiquette, a set of rules of decent behavior.
3. Object of action
The subject of the Website’s activity is the provision of educational materials for children and hints on their use. This content is hereinafter referred to as the Materials.
4.2 Registration on the Website is free of charge and allows access to files with educational materials.
4.3 The procedure of registering and activating the Account is carried out gradually via the e-mail box and the Website, for which the User’s actions described at each stage of the registration procedure are also necessary.
4.4 The user is obliged to provide true data and an active e-mail address.
4.5 It is forbidden to provide in the registration form and profile data containing vulgar words, offending third parties or not in accordance with the generally accepted Netiquette.
4.6 Persons who create the account and directly related persons are authorized to log in. It is not allowed to provide third parties with the login and password for the account on the Website, as well as „impersonating” another User.
4.7 When registering an account for an educational institution, all employees of that institution in the given location of the institution are authorized to log in. It is forbidden to transfer the login and password to the account on the Website to persons not employed in the facility.
4.8 The User’s Account may be blocked or deleted without any notice, if the Administrator finds that the User has taken actions contrary to the law, the Regulations or will not comply with the Netiquette.
4.9 A User Account may be deleted if the User is inactive (no login) for a period of 6 months.
4.10 The User may at any time delete the account on the Website.
5. Rules for using the Website
5.1 To use the Website, you need any hardware with software that allows you to browse websites, access to the Internet, an active e-mail box and software that allows you to download and read the shared files.
5.2 The scope of access to the resources of the Website for persons who are not registered Users may be at any time and to any extent limited by the Administrator, without giving reasons.

7.3 The Administrator is not responsible for the content published by Users.
It also reserves the right to edit or remove content that is offensive, violates the rules of Netiquette, is illegal or otherwise violates the principles of social coexistence and contains advertising links.
7.4 The Administrator reserves the right to quote or quote the content published by Users on the Website pages.
7.5 The User bears full legal responsibility for the content posted by him on the Website.
8. Final provisions
8.1 The Administrator reserves the right to change the content of the Regulations without giving reasons.
8.2 Changes will be published on the Website pages.
8.3 The Regulations come into force on the day of publication of a uniform text on the Website pages.
8.4 Users are required to read the introduced changes and accept them.
8.5 In the event of non-acceptance of the new provisions of the Regulations, the User is obliged to delete the account on the Website.
