Neurographics as a doodle coloring page for adults and teenagers

Neurographics is a technique that has appeared more than once at our joint art meetings. Both I and the children love this form of creation – full of spontaneity, but at the same time giving a sense of order and harmony. When drawing neurographics, we always enjoy the opportunity to quiet our minds and focus on something other than everyday matters. What’s more, it is a great exercise for fine motor skills, which allows both children and adults to improve their precision of movements and hand-eye coordination.

Drawing this work was an extraordinary experience for me – I played with different shapes and forms, combining them in an irregular but harmonious way. I decided to leave this version in a minimalist form, limiting myself to just black and white. This gives you complete freedom in choosing the colors that will fill these shapes. Or maybe you will decide to leave it in a monochromatic style?

Abstract mindful coloring pages for adults and teenagers

This coloring page is based on neurographic patterns that naturally combine curved lines, intersecting shapes, and a certain “spontaneous symmetry”. Although it is not classic therapeutic neurographics, the fun of filling these forms with colors will certainly allow you to relax and take a break from your daily duties. You can fill it with any colors – vivid, pastel, or maybe you will decide on something more monochromatic?

I present you with this coloring page as “a blank page” for creative experiments. I believe that everyone who reaches for crayons or markers will find something for themselves in it – from relaxation to the opportunity to develop their own artistic skills.

I encourage you to create and share your colorful interpretations. Each version of this pattern will be unique and unrepeatable – just like you!
