Winter is in full swing, and with it comes ideas for magical snow decorations! I have prepared a second coloring page for you with a cute snowflake for printing. This template is simpler than the previous one, making it perfect for coloring and various art projects.
This charming snowflake is a great opportunity to develop children’s creativity and manual skills. They can use different shades of blue, silver and white to give the snowflake a realistic look, or let their imagination run wild and color it in any colors, creating unique, fancy snowflakes.
Winter snowflakes to color and cut out
Another idea is to use this coloring page as a template to create a beautiful snowflake with glue and glitter. All you need is a piece of foil, for example food foil or clothes foil, PVA glue (ordinary wood glue) and glitter. You can also take a look at our article in which I described how to make a spider web with glue and glitter. Apply glue to the foil, sprinkle with glitter, and when dry, gently tear it off to obtain a shiny snowflake.
While coloring, you can talk to your children about winter, how snowflakes are made and their unique shapes. This is a great opportunity to get children into the winter mood and at the same time teach them something new about nature.
A colored snowflake can become a home decoration or hang in a children’s gallery. If you decide to cut it out or use glue, this snowflake can be used as a window or wall decoration. If you use more different snowflakes, such decorations can be really fantastic!
Print the template, grab your crayons, markers, paints and other materials, and start the winter fun. Let this charming snowflake put you in a magical winter mood and become a beautiful decoration of your home. I wish you lots of fun and wonderful, colorful works of art!
