Long division with no remainders – 3-digit by 1-digit [1], in auxiliary fields

I have prepared a new exercise for kids who are at the stage of learning long division. We’re going to divide a three-digit number by a single-digit number here, getting the result with no remainder. Sometimes this method is much easier than division in memory. Especially with long numbers.

I will prepare this series of worksheets using a large font and auxiliary fields in which numbers should be entered. There are exactly as many as there are missing numbers. This is a facilitation that is to help children at the stage of learning long division.

In the first PDF file you will find the exercise for kids. The second file is more useful for parents and teachers. There you will find a long division exercise and a solution to the exercise.
