Leaf – picture tracing worksheets

Today I have a new fine motor skills exercise for you – this time in the form of a large leaf with jagged edges! 🌿 This is a unique motif, which on the one hand is an interesting coloring page, and on the other is great for tracing exercises.

The leaf is full of details that children can copy, which helps them improve precise hand movements and prepare their hand for learning to write. Graphomotor exercises with such an irregular shape develop eye-hand coordination and the ability to concentrate, because they require following a line and focusing on small details.

Leaves for tracing and coloring

After the children have finished tracing, they can color the leaf in any color they want. They can choose autumn colors like orange, yellow, and brown, or create something completely unique using their favorite colors.

This leaf is perfect for any season – it will work well in home activities as well as in kindergarten. I encourage you to print this worksheet and wish you great fun drawing and coloring! 🍂

PS. I used the drawing of this leaf earlier to create a coloring page with a thicker outline, which you can find in the Plants section of coloring pages for kids and adults.
