And although this little plant did have a real-life inspiration, I have to honestly admit that I no longer remember exactly what it was called. It has completely slipped my mind. Luckily, in this case, the name is not the most important thing. I cared more about the shape of the leaves. They are large, soft, a little heart-shaped, and they spread out nicely to the sides, which makes the whole drawing feel calm and decorative. It is a simple plant picture that does not need a big story behind it. A pot, a few stems, and leaves that arrange themselves into a pleasant little composition are enough.
