Colorful fish mystery picture, pixel art – decode the picture

Again, we have fun reading the code and transferring it to a graphic diagram. This time, in a slightly holiday atmosphere, we are creating a fish in the ocean from pixels. Or maybe in an aquarium?

This time, the mystery picture shows a small, colorful fish, swimming freely among small plants. The image of the fish was prepared based on an ordered code, pixel by pixel. Level 1. This is an easier version than chaotically jumping around different parts of the board.

The solution to the mystery picture itself can also be the basis for a task for children. The worksheet can be cut into squares, which will be used to arrange the picture according to the code – a solution without crayons.

And if you feel like practicing something a little more difficult, the picture can also be used for the child to write the code.

Graphic dictation can be used in various ways:

  • coloring the picture according to the given code – children read the code on their own,
  • coloring the picture according to the given code by ear (auditory memory training) – someone is reading the code to the child,
  • pasting the image according to the given pattern,
  • redrawing the image from the original solution,
  • writing the code based on the printed pattern.
