I recently published simple, seemingly quite charming, autumn tiles for coloring. Six simple patterns in six windows. However, I know that such windows themselves can be an equally useful addition to various types of art games, lapbooks, or thematic presentations. That is why today I am publishing only frames here. And how will you use them?
Each of these six hand-drawn windows is a field for creative play. You can fill them with any drawings – these can be thematic pictures related to the seasons, such as autumn or spring, edible mushrooms, or illustrations showing changeable weather. This is a great place for mini educational drawings that can be used as a help in learning about nature.
Hand drawn frames as printable coloring pages
Frames can also be a perfect place for short notes, important information, or even small tasks to do. In lapbook projects, you can use them as a place to place interesting facts or discussion questions. Children can fill the frames in any way they like – from funny drawings to their own little stories.
The windows can also be used as a base for creating educational games – e.g. memory games, where you fill them with pairs of pictures. If you are creating greeting cards, they can be a great place to place pictures or wishes.
These six hand-drawn windows are a universal base for fun and learning, which can be used in many ways. It’s up to you how you use their possibilities!
